Cohort Coaching Calls

The New Voices Foundation Madam CJ Walker Institute PACE Bootcamp includes quarterly industry cohort coaching calls as a core part of its programming. These calls are designed to provide ongoing support, mentorship, and community engagement for cohort members, connecting them with industry experts, peers, and resources to help them advance their businesses.

The coaching calls are part of a broader effort by the foundation, which has provided hundreds of hours of coaching and mentorship to entrepreneurs of color, particularly women, as they navigate challenges in launching, executing, growing, and scaling their businesses. These sessions typically feature guidance on business strategy, access to capital, leadership development, and other key topics relevant to the cohort’s needs.

The coaching calls are held in addition to the main bootcamp curriculum and are highlighted as a recurring touchpoint for ongoing learning and networking among alumni and current participants. This structure helps foster a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem and ensures that founders remain connected to a community that offers both accountability and inspiration.
